Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and any posted updates. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Member Conduct. Members must not use information from this site to target, harass, threaten, defame or harm any person, vehicle or property. Members must not republish, redistribute, or share another member's content (profile information, messages, posts, images, or private communications) without that member's explicit consent. Members must not use information from the site to plan, facilitate or support illegal activity, including fraud, violence, property theft, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law.

3. Privacy & Data. Your name, car, and photo may be displayed publicly on the Members page. Your phone, location, and other contact details are visible only to logged-in members. Do not share other members' details outside SEOPE.

4. Content Licence. You grant SEOPE a non-exclusive licence to display the profile and car photos you upload on the Members page and in related club content.

5. Account & Approval. Membership is subject to admin approval. SEOPE may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

6. Events & Driving. Participation in drives, tours, meetups and other events is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your vehicle, your driving, and compliance with all traffic laws. SEOPE, its organisers and members are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from participation.

7. Eligibility. You must be of legal driving age in Ontario and able to enter a binding agreement.

8. Updates. SEOPE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
